Short-term rental turnovers
Short-Term Rental Turnover Cleaning in Middle Tennessee
Hassle-free turnovers between guests: linens and towels washed, dried and put away, paper and soap products restocked, an inventory check, and a note to the host about anything damaged or running low.
Chapter 01
A turnover is a reset, not just a clean
A guest forms an opinion of a rental in the first minute inside the door. A made bed, a neat stack of towels and a clear kitchen counter do most of the talking. A Clean Space turnover treats the stay that just ended as something to undo and the stay that is coming as something to set up. We reset rentals across Middle Tennessee, from McMinnville to Nashville and the towns in between, for hosts who would rather not spend changeover day with a laundry basket.
The reset covers the details guests notice first. Bed linens are changed. Towels and bed linens are washed, dried and neatly put away. Countertops are organized, and furniture and decor are straightened back to where the listing photos put them. The trash goes out and the liners are replaced, so the next guest never opens a bin and finds the last guest’s evening.
The cleaning itself follows an order. We dust from the top down, ceiling to baseboard, then vacuum, sweep and mop the floors last, so nothing settles back onto a floor that is already done. It is a small habit, and it is the difference between a rental that looks clean from the doorway and one that still holds up when a guest looks closer.

The host’s eyes on the property
When you are not on site, the cleaner is the only person who walks through the property between guests. That is why every turnover includes an inventory check. If something is missing or running low, we notify the host. Paper and soap products are restocked during the visit, so the next guest does not arrive to an empty roll or an empty soap dish.
We also report visible damage and maintenance needs back to the host. A cracked tile, a stained cushion, a drip under the sink, a lamp that no longer lights: you hear about it from us, not from a review. We pass along what we can see during a normal clean, and the decision about what to fix stays with you, where it belongs.
Most rentals run on lockboxes and door codes, and that works for a cleaning crew too. Access can be a hidden key, a lockbox or a garage code, and you do not need to be there. We do our best to send the same cleaner each time, so the person who already knows your property keeps knowing it. To set one up, call or text (615) 437-2477.
Chapter 03
Kitchen and bath to guest standard
Guests open things. They open the drawers looking for a corkscrew and the cabinet looking for a coffee filter, and they check the stovetop before they decide whether to cook. So the kitchen is cleaned the way a guest will inspect it: countertops and backsplash, the sink, the stovetop and the vent hood, the inside and outside of the cabinets and drawers, and the inside and outside of the kitchen appliances.
The bathroom gets the same treatment. Countertops, sinks and mirrors are cleaned, along with the toilets, showers and tubs, and the cabinets and drawers are cleaned inside and out. These are the rooms where guests are quickest to decide whether a place is clean, and where a missed spot is most likely to show up in a review. Nothing is skipped because it sits behind a cabinet door.
Every rental is different, so a quote starts with a conversation about your property, and the quote is free. Pricing is transparent: we always get your approval before any price changes. There are no contracts, so you can book turnovers around your own calendar, and payment is by credit or debit card, Zelle or check. If you host in McMinnville or anywhere else in Middle Tennessee, that is the whole arrangement.

The turnover report
What we reset, and what we report back.
Every turnover ends two ways: a property that is ready for the next guest, and a short report to the host about what we saw while we were inside.
