Base package plus add-ons

Furnished Home Cleaning in Middle Tennessee

Whether you want to maintain your home with recurring cleans or get it ready for guests or an event, we keep it clean and welcoming. A base package covers the essentials, and add-ons fit the rest to your home.

Chapter 01

The base package, room by room

Every furnished home cleaning in McMinnville and across Middle Tennessee starts from the same written list. General comes first: dusting from top to bottom, which means ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, walls, vent covers, doors and doorframes, window casings, accessible baseboards, furniture and decor. Dust falls, so the high surfaces go before the low ones, and the floors come last. Then the floors are vacuumed or swept and mopped, so nothing knocked loose gets walked back across a finished floor.

The bathroom is cleaned and disinfected. Toilets are cleaned and disinfected, showers, tubs and shower doors are scrubbed, countertops and sinks are cleaned and disinfected, faucets and fixtures are shined, mirrors are cleaned, and the exteriors of cabinets and drawers are dusted. In the kitchen, countertops and sinks get the same treatment, the outside of the stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher is cleaned, and the inside of the microwave is cleaned.

Around those rooms sit the small jobs people forget to ask for. Light switch plates are cleaned and sanitized, light tidying is included, and all garbage is emptied into the outdoor bin. Beds are made and sheets changed on request, with clean sheets provided, so mention it when you book. Call or text (615) 437-2477 and we will walk through the list with you.

Add-ons, so you only pay for what matters

The base package covers the essentials. Add-ons cover everything else, so the quote reflects your home and not a one-size list. Laundry is available when there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Dishwashing takes the sink full of plates off your evening. Inside of kitchen appliances goes past the exteriors in the base package, and interior window cleaning handles the glass that dusting never reaches.

Three add-ons are done by hand. Wall hand-washing and cabinet hand-washing are for the surfaces that collect fingerprints and kitchen film. Top-to-Bottom Detail is the deepest: accessible baseboards, doors and door frames, and window casings are hand-washed to remove the buildup that regular dusting leaves behind. It suits a first clean in a new home, a house before company arrives, or any room where the standard dusting does not reach the grime.

Choose one add-on or five, and you pay for those. If the task you have in mind is not on the list, ask anyway, because the list is a starting point and not a limit. Tell us on the quote form, or call or text (615) 437-2477, which room matters most to you, and the quote follows from that. Nothing changes without your approval.

Chapter 03

Recurring or one time, and what can change the price

Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings suit busy professionals, households with children or pets, and anyone who simply likes coming home to a house that is already in order. Price reductions apply for each frequency, and they begin with the second cleaning. There is no contract, ever, so you can stop whenever the schedule stops making sense. Prefer a single visit? A one-time clean works well before guests arrive or before an event.

Most homes fall within standard pricing. Certain conditions can take extra time and labor and may affect the final price: excessive buildup, debris removal, post-construction dust, mold, excessive clutter, or a lack of running utilities. Any adjustment is discussed with you and approved before we proceed, so a surprise never lands on the invoice. We do not move furniture or large appliances, so cleaning happens around them.

A little prep helps the visit go further. Do a quick pick-up, put dishes in the dishwasher or away, and get laundry into hampers or put away. Basic tidying is included, but the more floor and counter we can reach, the more of the visit goes to cleaning. You do not need to be home: many clients leave a hidden key, a lockbox or a garage code, and we work on a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule.
