Clean Space cleans furnished homes, empty houses between owners, short-term rentals and offices. Every home clean starts from the same base package, room by room, and you add only what you want on top. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one time, and never a contract.
The base package service
A base package that covers the essentials top to bottom, then add-ons like laundry, inside appliances, interior windows and hand-washed walls, so you only pay for what matters most. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, or one time before guests arrive.
Cabinets and drawers inside and out, plus the inside of the stove, fridge and microwave.

Office and janitorial cleaning is quoted per space. The quote form asks for your business name and location, and we come back with a price for offices, stores and other commercial spaces. Read the office page

Don’t see what you need? If there’s a specific task you’d like help with that isn’t listed, just ask.
Most homes fall within standard pricing. Excessive buildup, debris removal, post-construction dust, mold, heavy clutter or no running utilities can take extra time, and any adjustment is discussed and approved before we proceed. We do not move furniture or large appliances.
