Office and Janitorial Cleaning in Middle Tennessee

Reliable cleaning for offices, stores and other commercial spaces, so your workspace stays tidy and professional for you, your employees and your clients.

Chapter 01

What a client notices first

Visitors judge a business before anyone speaks to them. They see the entry, the glass on the door, the waiting area and the floor between the two, and within a few seconds they have decided how carefully the place is run. Clean Space cleans offices, stores and other commercial spaces in McMinnville and across Middle Tennessee with that walk in mind, starting where your visitors start.

The goal, in our own words, is a clean and inviting environment for you, your employees and your clients. Your team feels it every morning at their desks, and your clients feel it in the waiting room. Restrooms and floors are where a busy workplace slips first, so they get attention early, along with the surfaces people handle all day.

We keep the work thorough and efficient, which is how Clean Space describes its approach to a workspace: tidy and professional. Our cleaners arrive with their own cleaning supplies and tools, so there is nothing for your staff to buy, stock or put away, and nobody on your team has to turn into the person who cleans the office after a long day. You get the space back in order, and your people get their time back.

How a commercial quote starts

A commercial quote starts with a short form or a phone call. The form asks for a contact name and business title, a phone number, an email, the business name and the business location. That is enough for us to know who we are talking to and which space we are quoting. If you would rather talk, call or text (615) 437-2477.

From there the conversation is about your space: what kind of business it is, what your visitors see, and when the building is quiet enough to clean. Quotes are free and pricing is transparent. We always get your approval before any price changes, so nothing about your bill moves without your say. Tell us if you have a front desk that needs to stay presentable, a break room that sees heavy use, or a store floor that takes foot traffic all day, and we will plan around it.

An office holds records, computers and equipment, so who comes through the door matters. Clean Space is fully insured and bonded, and every cleaner is properly background checked. You will know who is walking through your business, and you will have a company standing behind them that you can reach by phone. For a business, that peace of mind is a large part of what you are paying for.

Chapter 03

Consistency over a contract

Clean Space never requires a long-term contract. We believe great service speaks for itself, so a business should stay because the work is good, not because the paperwork says so. If your needs change, because you add a suite, change your hours or close a location, your cleaning can change with them, and nobody is holding you to a term that no longer fits. That freedom is why we ask for a conversation instead of a signature.

Consistency is the other half. We do our best to schedule the same cleaner for each visit, so the person cleaning your reception area this month is the person who cleaned it last month, and already knows the building, the supply closet and the way your team likes the break room left. A familiar face in the building also tends to notice when something is off, and can tell you.

Payment is simple too: all major credit and debit cards, Zelle or check. For a store, an office or another commercial space anywhere in Middle Tennessee, that is the whole arrangement: a free quote, a price you approve, a cleaner who keeps coming back, and no contract to sign. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with weekends by appointment, and the number to call or text is (615) 437-2477.

The quote form

Five fields, then a conversation.

This is everything the commercial quote form asks for. Nothing about square footage or a budget up front, just enough to start talking about your space.

  • Contact name and business title

So we know who we are talking to.

  • Phone number

For the call or text that settles the details.

  • Email

    For the written quote.

  • Business name

So the quote is for your business, not a generic one.

  • Business location

So we know which space we are quoting.

Ready to start? Send those five details on the contact page and we will come back with a free quote for your office or store.
